ORDERING FROM REIDS TACKLE IS SIMPLE

• find the item you require
• choose the size/colour, if applicable, by clicking on the drop down list to view the options, then clicking again on the one you require
• click the "ADD TO CART" button
• wherever you are on our website, you can add items to your cart in the same way
• you can check whats in your cart and the total cost at any time by clicking on the ‘shopping cart symbol’ on the top right side of the screen at all times
• you can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required whenever you want
• postage and packaging costs will be shown separately in your shopping cart
• click the "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping
• fill in the order details on the secure form

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information, this online system is 100% secure. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption and they are only decrypted after they reach us.

If any item you order is not currently available we will contact you either by phone or e-mail to discuss your options.

HOW TO ORDER FROM US

You can order either by telephone or online, we can deliver to any address in the UK (charges vary for offshore addresses)

When you ring please have the following information to hand:

• A list of the items you require
• Your name and full postal address
• Daytime contact number, land line number, mobile number and/or e-mail address
• A valid credit/debit card number plus expiry/start date, issue number if applicable and the security number (last 3 digits from the signature strip)
• Full details of the address where you want the order delivered (if different)

Reels and small items £5.00 max per delivery

Rods and larger items £9.00 max per delivery

You can expect to receive your order the next working day (there are occasional delays)

DELIVERY METHODS

Most parcels are delivered by DHL, a professional and well established secure Carrier Company. Each parcel has a unique traceable code, which is scanned into the carriers system when they collect the parcel from us. We are then able to trace any parcel using the Internet.

A signature is required upon delivery, if no one is available a calling card will be left and the parcel taken to the local depot. The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot to arrange re-delivery or collection.

We also send items using the Post Office's Special Delivery Service, this service is also traceable via the Internet and requires a signature upon delivery.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect the whole order and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers’ receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging.
